I will be doing a 30 day 100 pushup challenge starting 08/10/2014. After looking around for a good pushup challenge to hopefully help me strengthen my bench press I found this challenge and thought it was perfect.

This challenge is great for a beginner or an experienced individual, great for strength and weight loss.
In addition to my workouts, I will be doing my push-ups right after rolling out of bed in the mornings!
