1 - Bench 225lbs ... Current: 185
2 - Incline DB Press 70lbs ... Current: 65
3 - Barbell Curl 90lbs ... Current 80
4 - DB Curl 50lbs ... Current 35
5 - Squat 225lbs goal reached 10/2/14 ... Current 275 x 1 rep.
6 - Deadlift 275lbs ... Current 205*
*Starting over on deadlifts due to lower back pain/soreness, was up to 245lbs for 10 reps 8/29/2014.
